The first round of matchups in our Tune Tournament is going live. Below, vote on four of the eight matchups in the Scandinavia region. MH’s very first response, after we did the seeding last week, was: “OH NO! Todd Terje versus Jens Lekman?!” Yeah man. Someone’s going home early.

The SCA region favorite “Full of Fire” from The Knife’s 2013 LP Shaking the Habitual takes on a newer release, “Night Games”, by Danish duo Darkness Falls.

Our favorite tune from Say Lou Lou’s debut album, “Julian”, matches up against “Busy Baby”, one of the highlights of Tomas Barfod’s excellent 2014 release, Love Me.

Mr. Little Jeans released her debut album last year, but she jumped on our radar with the “Runaway” single in 2012. It faces off with long-time Idle Time favorite Shout Out Louds and their most recent single, “Blue Ice”.

And, finally, MH’s tough call. A choice between the title track from Lekman’s 2012 I Know What Love Isn’t LP and the highlight of Todd Terje’s 2014 It’s Album Time.
